I found the service very insightful and thought provoking. The holistic approach allowed for freedom of expression and open minded debate - far removed from the more generic, text book methods of mediation. I sincerely hope Fahimul Anam and his team are rewarded for their efforts as I found the service life changing and a huge turning point in my life. Fahim is not only an excellent and professional mediator, but also a brilliant and talented teacher.
